About Beth Mulugeta
Beth Mulugeta gets a particular enjoyment from helping first time homebuyers find their Los Angeles dream home. That’s because she understands firsthand how challenging, yet rewarding the experience can be. With both of her parents setting strong examples as successful property investors, Beth knew from an early age that she wanted to invest in a place of her own. So, she saved and navigated the purchase of her first fixer-upper in 2020. Since then, she’s been sharing her talents and tireless work ethic with family, friends, and now her community.
Beth grew up in Burbank but calls North Hollywood home these days. In 2015, she graduated from Loyola Marymount University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Science before continuing her education at George Washington University where she graduated with her Master’s Degree in Public Health in 2018. She then started a career serving her community through healthcare administration.
Finding valuable inspiration from her parents, Beth officially attained her real estate license in 2021. This allowed her to hone her trustworthy and supportive realty style while representing friends and family members in a number of sensitive real estate deals.
In her free time, Beth loves to travel, relax with a great book, or take advantage of California’s sprawling wine country with a tasting tour.
